10/05/2021 - Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Highland Lakes, NJ.

I first met Jeffrey in February 2019. I was looking for a house to rent. He showed me a place on Erskine lake and I rented it. He was wonderful to deal with and negotiated a better price for me. When I was looking to purchase a home last June, I quickly called Jeffrey to be my agent as my first experience with him was excellent. Jeffrey started working with me and we put an offer on one house which I wound up not buying. We then put an offer on a second house but there were structural issues. We then put an offer on a third house which worked and I just moved in. It was a great experience dealing with Jeffrey he was on top of every detail. I highly recommend Jeffrey if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.

"Jeff was godsend to the Thampys. We met him in one of our lazy open houses, he followed up with us for almost two years to stay in touch and explain to us the market without pushing but keeping tab of our desire. And then the miracle happened, when we did make the decision to get a property, especially in 2021 when the market was untenable Jeff was brilliant. He got us EXACTLY our desire.
